A dialog opens with a form on the left and a number list on the right.
Adding a Single Number
| Field | How to use it |
|---|---|

| Number Type | Choose Business or Personal to classify the number. |
| Number Range | Leave this toggle off for single number entry. |

Click Add to generate all numbers in the range and add them to the list.
A single range can contain a maximum of 100 consecutive numbers. For larger batches, add multiple ranges.
Number List
The right side displays all added phone numbers in a table showing:
- Phone number
- Country
- Number type (automatically detected as Mobile, Fixed Line, etc.)
You can remove individual numbers from the list before submitting. Duplicate numbers are automatically removed when adding to the list.
Step 2 -- Review and Submit

- A confirmation dialog appears showing the total number of phone numbers to be ported.
- Click Yes to submit the port-in request, or No to go back and modify the list.
After submission, a success notification confirms that the PBX.IM team will contact you shortly with next steps on the port-in request.
The port-in process is not instant. After submitting, the PBX.IM team will reach out to coordinate the transfer with your current provider.

Consolidating multiple lines -- Add individual numbers from different sources or add ranges of consecutive numbers in bulk.
Porting a number block -- Use the range input to port a sequential block of numbers (e.g., +1-555-1000 through +1-555-1099) in a single request.
