High-Risk Countries

Certain countries are flagged as High risk with a red badge in the country selector. These destinations are commonly associated with toll fraud. High-risk countries include: Bangladesh, Israel, Pakistan, Syria, Palestine, Azerbaijan, Iran, Tajikistan, Oman, Sri Lanka, Algeria, Nigeria, and Tunisia.

Pay special attention when enabling high-risk destinations. Consider whether your business truly needs to make calls to these countries.

Common Use Cases

Preventing toll fraud -- Create a plan that only allows calls to countries where you have customers. This blocks unauthorized calls to expensive international destinations.

Regional business operations -- If your business only operates in Europe, create a plan that enables European countries only.

Starting from an existing plan -- Use the Import Existing Plan feature to copy country selections from a system plan, then customize by adding or removing specific countries.
